By Leslie Kell
Epic Escape Game has a new location, right off of I-25 in the Denver area! As of June 10, 2017 you can now book a room at Epic Escape Game Greenwood Village in Colorado. With the help of the franchise, this location was started by Arthur Ross and his wife, Rebecca Ross. As with many locations within the Epic Escape Game Franchise this location is a family-run business. Arthur and Rebecca Ross run the business with the help of their teenaged daughter and son. Epic Escape Game Greenwood Village offers three unique escape rooms including: The Teddy Bear Workshop, The President’s Briefcase, and Lab Disaster.
The Teddy Bear Workshop
This room is truly a special addition to the Epic Escape Game franchise. In this room, they offer two separate puzzle sets that are determined by the level of difficulty that players choose. The Teddy Bear Workshop was designed specifically with younger children in mind to enjoy with their families and inspired by the owners’ younger daughter. If players want to do this room but keep the challenge, they can book for the ‘teens and adults’ puzzle set. This room also features a beautiful mural, painted by an award winning artist. At a 37% success rate, The Teddy Bear Workshop offers a good challenge with plenty of fun for everyone!
The President’s Briefcase
This room is best completed with larger groups, as it may involve some extra searching. Larger groups will have an easier time covering the room and finding clues. According to the owners, The President’s Briefcase is probably the most exciting room because of the type of puzzles and the amount of clues in the room. In fact, you could say this room is Arthur Ross’ favorite out of the three available escape rooms at this location. With a 25% success rate this room is the moderate to challenging room at Epic Escape Game Greenwood Village.
Lab Disaster
This room is the most difficult room offered at Epic Escape Game Greenwood Village. Owner Rebecca Ross says that this room was the most fun to design and is probably her favorite escape room at this location. With only a 17% success rate, this room is most recommended for experienced escape players. Out of the three rooms, Lab Disaster is the best room for team building, as there are several puzzles that involve more communication and cooperation. Several of the puzzles are best completed with two or more people working on them.
